旅サポTAKETOMBO operates private day tours in and around Nagoya, including destinations such as Gujo Hachiman, Shirakawa-go, Ise, and the broader Chubu region of Japan. Tours are conducted in a private vehicle with a guide.

All tours are private — meaning your group only. We do not operate shared or group tours with strangers.

A booking is confirmed once we have received your inquiry, agreed on tour details, and you have completed payment in full. We will issue a booking confirmation by email.

Payment details and accepted methods will be communicated at the time of booking. Please ensure payment is completed by the deadline stated in your confirmation.

Our cancellation policy is set out in full on our Cancellation Policy page. By making a booking, you agree to those terms.

In summary: cancellations made 3 or more days before the tour date are eligible for a refund minus a 3% processing fee. Cancellations within 2 days of the tour are non-refundable.

Tour itineraries are customised in advance based on your preferences. While we make every effort to follow the agreed plan, we reserve the right to make changes on the day due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather or natural disasters
• Road closures or traffic conditions
• Unexpected closure of a destination
• Safety considerations for guests

In such cases, we will offer a suitable alternative wherever possible. No additional charge will apply for changes initiated by us.

Guests are responsible for arriving at the agreed pick-up location on time. Please ensure all members of your group are ready at the departure time stated in your confirmation.

Guests are expected to treat the guide and any third-party service providers with courtesy and respect. We reserve the right to end a tour without refund if a guest's behaviour poses a risk to others or prevents the safe operation of the tour.

Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance, personal belongings, and any entrance fees or meals not included in the tour price.

旅サポTAKETOMBO operates in accordance with Japanese travel business law (旅行業法) and holds a valid travel business registration (愛知県知事登録旅行業第２－１５６９号).

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and enjoyment of your tour, we cannot be held liable for loss, injury, damage, or disappointment arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, third-party service failures, or the actions of other parties.

Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the tour in question.

We may occasionally take photos during tours for use on our website or social media. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let us know at the start of the tour and we will respect your wishes entirely.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from your booking will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
