How to Cancel

All cancellation requests must be submitted by email. Please contact us at the email address provided in your booking confirmation.

Your cancellation will be considered received on the date and time we receive your email. We will reply to confirm the cancellation and advise on any applicable refund within 2 business days.

Please do not assume your cancellation has been processed until you receive a confirmation from us.

Guest Cancellations

3 days or more before the tour date: A refund of your total payment minus a 3% processing fee will be issued. This fee covers bank transfer and payment processing costs that are non-recoverable on our end.

2 days or fewer before the tour date (including the day of the tour): No refund will be issued. This policy exists because at this stage, preparation work — including route planning, reservations at experience venues, and coordination with local partners — will already be complete.

If you are unsure whether you will be able to travel, we strongly recommend arranging travel insurance that covers trip cancellations.

Date Changes

If you wish to change your tour date rather than cancel, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability.

Date change requests made 7 days or more in advance will be handled free of charge where availability allows. Requests made within 7 days of the original tour date will be treated as a cancellation under the terms above, and a new booking will be required.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

If you do not appear at the agreed meeting point within 30 minutes of the scheduled departure time without prior notice, the tour will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

If you anticipate being late, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to adjust where possible, though this cannot always be guaranteed.

Cancellation by us

When We Cancel Your Tour

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a tour in circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In all such cases, you will receive a full refund of your payment with no deduction.

Circumstances that may lead to a cancellation on our part include, but are not limited to:
